01. General Procurement & Inventory

We aggregate and broker inventory directly from major automotive dealers, wholesale operations, and premier auction networks across Japan. This gives our clients access to one of the most comprehensive inventories of Japanese used cars, commercial vehicles, and MPVs.

Due to high global demand and real-time wholesale updates, some vehicles may become sold out or be subject to destination-specific regional restrictions before the platform updates. We recommend submitting a direct inquiry to confirm immediate vehicle availability.

Yes. Whenever possible, we coordinate with domestic suppliers and physical storage locations to provide additional close-up photos or video walkarounds to assist with serious purchase decisions.

Absolutely. Our dedicated purchasing team can leverage extensive local partner networks and dealer auctions to find particular makes, models, or specific trims. Contact our sales desk at sales@gs-limited.com with your exact specifications.

02. Vehicle Inspection & Condition Sheets

Most vehicles include a detailed multi-point condition sheet generated by independent, third-party expert appraisers (such as the Japan Automotive Appraisal Association – JAAA). These assessment logs outline exact exterior, interior, and mechanical conditions.

Exported used vehicles are strictly traded on an international “as-is, no-claim, no-return” framework. To safeguard your investment, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive pre-export conditioning or specialized third-party inspections through us before shipping.

03. Pricing, Financial Settlement & Currencies

FOB (Free On Board) reflects the base purchase price of the vehicle including all necessary domestic
processing and logistics required to get it onto an export vessel in Japan. CIF (Cost, Insurance, & Freight) adds the complete ocean freight charges and marine insurance necessary to transit the vehicle to your designated overseas destination port.

We accept formal bank wire transfers via international Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), credit cards (major cards like VISA and MasterCard), and verified PayPal transactions

Wire transfers (T/T) can be processed flexibly in either Japanese Yen (JPY) or United States Dollars (USD). Please note that credit card processing is denominated exclusively in JPY. All client remittances must be fulfilled as a one-time, 100% upfront payment before title transfer or vehicle logistics can commence; installments are not supported.

The purchasing party is fully responsible for all outbound and intermediary bank transaction fees. Please ensure your banking institution handles all relevant wire costs so the net invoice amount arrives intact.

04. Vehicles and Stock / How to Order / Purchase

We have thousands of vehicles in stock. We also have access to purchase over 10,000 vehicles per week from Japanese auctions and from local dealers island wide.

Ro/Ro is an acronym for Roll on/ Roll off. It is a specific type of service offered by the Shipping Lines for shipping vehicles only. This type of sea freight operation can be described as where the vessel is loaded using ramps, and the cargo is driven in to and out of the vessel by way of these ramps.

These types of ships are like giant indoor floating parking lots that can hold from 400 cars up to 1,000 cars at once. Ro/Ro vessels can accommodate motorcycles, boats, trailers, RV’S, and heavy equipment. However, they don’t carry containers and they certainly do not carry passengers. An advantage of a Roll on/ Roll off operations are that no specialized lifting equipment is needed in either of the ports or on the vessels.

This is a popular method of transporting goods by sea. Containers come in standard 20 foot and 40 foot sizes. Container ships are cargo ships that carry their entire load in truck-size intermodal containers, in a technique called containerization. They form a common means of commercial intermodal freight transport.
